Items must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition received, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Installed parts, electrical components, special-order items, and damaged items may not be eligible for return.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable. Rental deposits, late fees, and damage fees are handled according to rental terms.
